ORDERS & RETURN POLICY
ORDERS
Our web store is a reflection of the parts we use on the bikes we build. With this said most of our time is spent in the shop building bikes so web orders sometime take a while to ship. If you are under a time frame or want Amazon typer service please do not hit the "Place My Order" button.
Thank you for your understanding and your faith in the quality of parts & accessories we sell. Many of our parts are drop shipped from our suppliers and you may receive multiple tracking number. This does not mean that you are paying more for the parts or shipping.
RETURNS
No one likes returns. They take a lot of time to process for us & you do not have the parts you need. Being a small craft shop it does take us a bit of time to take care of this.
HERE IS OUR POLICY
- No returns after 10 days
- No returns on special order parts
- No returns on brake lines
- No Returns on custom shocks
- No returns on custom wheels, rims, or exhaust
- No returns on any electrical parts
- All returns must be submitted via email to hello@boxermetal.com along with the original order number. If the order number is not provided the return will be ignored.
- There is a 25% restocking fee on allowed returns. Shipping not refunded
- Allow up to 15 days to receive your refund. Shop credit is fine for future orders.
- If we screw up, and it happens obviously we will handle shipping, replacement parts or a full refund.

Between, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Text Messages, Emails & Voice Mail it is impossible to respond right away. There is one person that has the answers and a lot of his time is spent in the shop building bikes. Please email Chris at hello@boxermetal.com and he will respond in a timely manner.
