Our web store is a reflection of the parts we use on the bikes we build. With this said there is a chance your order might come from more than one supplier. I do my best to keep the tracking info up to date.

RETURNS
No one likes returns. They take a lot of time to process for us & you do not have the parts you need. Being a small craft shop it does take us a bit of time to take care of this...

HERE IS OUR POLICY

No returns after 10 days

No returns on special order parts

No returns on brake lines

No Returns on shocks built for your pr

No returns on custom wheels, rims, or exhaust

No returns on any electrical parts

All returns must be submitted via the Contact Page on our website along with the original order number. If the order number is not provided the return will be ignored.

There is a 25% restocking fee on allowed returns, & shipping is not refunded

Allow up to 15 days to receive your refund -shop credit is fine for future orders

If we screw up, & it happens obviously we will handle shipping, replacement parts or a full refund
